Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Ensure vacancy goals are met by showing available suites.
  • Assist in move-in and move-out scheduling and inspections.
  • Regularly inspect grounds and make recommendations for repairs.
  • Confirm all vacant units are ready to lease.
