A leading real estate firm in Toronto is seeking a Property Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for commercial properties. This role involves preparing journal entries, reviewing financial statements, and supporting the Finance team on budgeting projects. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Property Accounting experience, a degree in accounting, and strong skills in Excel and Word. This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and location.

$55,000 - $800,000 a year
Individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant experience, education/training and internal equity.
