A leading propane distribution company in Canada is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely propane delivery to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver’s license with airbrake endorsement, a minimum of one year of commercial driving experience, and a clean driving record. This role requires physical stamina and compliance with company safety regulations, providing an essential service within a diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s license with airbrake endorsement / Class 3 License DZ.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Clean CVOR / personal driving record within Company standards.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane as per regulations.
• Develop routes with dispatch based on geography and customer needs.
• Deliver product safely to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain Electronic and Daily Trips Log.
• Report potential hazards to dispatch.

Job Summary: As a Propane Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Work with our dispatch teams to develop routes using your knowledge of geography, and the needs of our customers.
• Deliver product to both our residential and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure Electronic and Daily Trips Log are up-to-date and submitted daily
• Report any potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
• Maintain Up-to-date understanding of TDG, WHMIS and required trainings
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
• Work schedule will vary - need willingness to occasionally work evenings and / or weekends
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering propane considered an asset.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
