The pay range for the co‑op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.
Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to one day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).
As a part of the Super Market Promo team, the Loblaw summer student team member will be leveraging data science concepts to help identify opportunities, develop solutions, and integrate them into our core business processes. Our summer program will include all aspects of merchandising including price elasticity and promotional optimization, customer segmentations, loyalty offer targeting, and portfolio management.
