Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a large-scale technology initiative with a focus on SDLC alignment, multi-vendor delivery, and migration governance. This role requires strong technical project leadership, vendor management expertise, and precision in stakeholder communication. Candidates must be willing to attend a Capgemini / Client meet-and-greet prior to assignment start.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all project management activities aligned to full SDLC processes and documentation standards.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships, including third-party vendor coordination.
  • Define and communicate migration milestones and delivery schedules across reporting layers.
  • Monitor project action items through to closure and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Drive resolution of risks and issues with clearly defined mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate executive-level project status reporting and escalations.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and use of collaborative tools for schedule tracking and documentation.
  • Foster strong team alignment and engagement through proactive leadership and structured communication.
