Job description

Major infrastructure contractor seeking experienced and business-minded Project Manager (Bridges), who will manage unique heavy civil bridge construction projects ($100m+. The Project Manager (Bridges) person will also be responsible for all aspects of construction and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the project from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. Will report to the General Manager. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, who has a successful track record of managing a variety of large scale heavy civil infrastructure and transportation projects which involved bridges, highways, underground utilities, earthworks and structures. They ideally have developed strong industry relationships, and the ability to inspire and lead site teams to achieve project objectives. They must be able to excel under pressure and have strong problem-solving experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager will provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion. The PM will provide exceptional leadership and direct a team of skilled labor, supervisors, and trades on a single or multiple project basis.
