Responsibilities

The Project Manager is to support the Go Expansion Senior Management at Turnkey level on the activities related to OnCorr Program management, as:

  • Reporting internal and external KPIs.
  • Coordinating transversal internal and external reports.
  • Overarching needs for production on plans and procedures.
  • Coordinate the OnCorr program governance within the E&M group and Alstom as well as with the customer
  • Develops and maintains details project dashboards.
  • Liaise with scheduling, finance and tender teams to build the OnCorr workload and budget consolidation.
  • Support Senior Management in managing key information.
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
  • Apply analytical skills to compile summary documents, e.g Monthly Progress Report, Management Plans, Project Delivery Reviews. Collect and include contributions from the Bundle Project Managers.

Organisational Reporting

Report to the Alstom E&M Deputy Project Director

Network and Links

The role will support the Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems and transversal support functions.

Educational Requirements


University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent commercial background.

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of railway products and systems
  • Conflict management and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit approach
  • Strong attention to details
  • Communication abilities to obtain collaboration from the matrix organisation involved in the project,
  • Excellence in organizational and time management skills
  • Be a good listener
  • Anticipation, clear reporting
  • Important: to have knowledgeable in all standard office tools (xls, word, mpp, ppt, outlook, ….), Project Management Softwares.
