The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of Urban Homes projects. This includes budgets, schedules, compliance, health and safety and most importantly the level of craftsmanship and finish that defines every Urban home. You’ll work closely with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and the Urban team to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage residential builds using the BuilderTrend project management system
  • Maintain accurate site schedules, documentation and reporting
  • Conduct Urban Quality System on-site inspections and checklists
  • Act as Health & Safety Officer for each project, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and suppliers across multiple sites
  • Manage variations and technical problem-solving on site
  • Deliver exceptional client communication and service at every stage of the build
