Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canmore, AB, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks to ensure timely and on-budget completion. Responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating logistics, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will also handle scheduling, supervise project teams, monitor progress and performance, and implement solutions to address challenges during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of construction projects.
• Expediting skills to oversee timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Knowledge of construction specifications, engineer drawings, inspection and quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Experience in logistics management, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation, scheduling, and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate effectively between project stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or education in construction management, engineering, estimating and/or project management are preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards is advantageous.
