We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cambridge, Ontario.

In this role, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the successful delivery of technically complex, large-scale contracts that directly support the growth and success of our Nuclear Equipment business line.

What You’ll Do

Lead diverse project teams (up to 15+ members) to deliver on technical, cost, and schedule commitments.

Act as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring contract requirements, deliverables, and timelines are met.

Drive accountability and excellence across project phases — from proposal development and budgeting to execution and change control.

Identify and develop business growth opportunities while managing subcontractors and negotiating complex changes.

Provide mentorship to less experienced project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage project risk, interpret complex contracts, and resolve commercial or technical issues.

Deliver regular, transparent reporting to senior leadership and clients.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

15+ years of related experience, including at least 10 in project management within a project-based organization.

Proven expertise in project planning, earned value management, and budget control.

Experience with complex contract and client relationship management.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for presenting large, complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience in the nuclear energy or power generation industry.

Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

The base salary range for this position in [[Ontario]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $111,000 and $159,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
