Job Summary

Bayswater Toronto is a private, ESL school located at North York Centre station. In addition to ESL classes, we offer professional certificate courses in project management, digital marketing, international business management, and customer experience management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Teach an in‑person, four‑week project management course from 9 am – 12:15 pm, Monday – Friday.
  • Deliver classes on introductory project management topics (Project Planning, Agile, Stakeholder Management, Quality Control, etc.).
  • Help groups of 12‑15 international students develop skills in project management and English language communication.
  • Use SMART board and present digital curriculum.
  • Administer and assess weekly quizzes.
  • Design, monitor, and assess a real‑world project.
  • Host guest speakers and connect lectures to class material.
  • Lead visits to project sites or offices.
  • Complete attendance and administer course learning management system.
  • Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Teacher Handbook.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience
Essential
  • TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Level 1, TESL Ontario, CELTA, or equivalent)
  • Degree or diploma in project management or applicable field
  • 3 + years project management experience
Desirable
  • PMP certification
  • Project management teaching experience at the post‑secondary level
  • Experience teaching or training English language learners
