Our Ideal Candidate

Reporting to the VP, Field Services, the Project Delivery Manager will oversee the execution and completion of projects while leading a team of professionals. This role is key to driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction at Allnorth. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget — making a direct impact on Allnorth’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and forecast project resource needs.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control for the PDG.
  • Communicate with leadership and support strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Work with HR and project leaders on talent development, performance management, and skills alignment.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize divisional performance.
  • Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, reporting, and change management processes.
  • Support project recovery planning when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma of Technology or a B.Eng is an asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility in project or construction management.
  • Proven leadership in engineering and project delivery with a successful track record.
  • Ability to inspire, delegate effectively, and develop team members aligned with Allnorth’s leadership principles.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills focused on effective, economical solutions.
  • Experience on mining projects is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
