Reporting to the Director – Project Management and New Initiatives, the Project Coordinator – Suite Renovations oversees suite renovations across the Venvi portfolio in Alberta, BC, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating with contractors and site teams, reviewing quotes, monitoring budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role ensures renovations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
