MoD is looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in keeping fast‑moving projects on track! In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day project operations by tracking milestones, submitting contract deliverables, raising POs, maintaining SharePoint sites, and managing both internal and external correspondence.
This is a 6‑month contract within a hybrid‑work model.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. Strong English communication, advanced Excel skills, SharePoint experience, and sharp time‑management are essential. You should be comfortable learning new digital tools, communicating professionally with customers, and working face‑to‑face with cross‑functional teams. Experience with Concur, customer portals, or project‑driven workflows is an asset, and French bilingualism is a plus!
