Job description

Task 1: Create, modify, and configure fields, objects and pages.

Task 2: Create and modify reports and dashboards.

Task 3: Perform administrative activities, including but not limited to, user accounts, data and system security, and data imports.

Task 4: Gather and analyze user stories and business cases to establish the technical feasibility for the development of platform design specifications.

Task 5: Design methods and procedures for overall platform structure and sub-systems within.

Task 6: Develop, test and implement sprints and releases.

Task 7: Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for cloud-based platform.

Task 8: Triage, analyze, follow-up and complete user-initiated support tickets for bugs and assistance.

MANDATORY CRITERIA

M1	Language Capacity The Offeror must certify in the space provided below, that both the proposed resources meet the English language requirements detailed in the Statement of Work.
M2	Security All security requirements as outlined in the Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL) must be met that the time of Contract Award. The Offeror must detail the security clearance of each proposed resource below using the following format: Security Level: File Number: Expiry Date:
M3	Topic Related Experience The Offeror’s proposed resources must have at least five (5) years (sixty (60) months) of relevant Salesforce experience within the last eight (8) years. The Offeror must itemize the months of experience for each resource in the space provided below using the following format: Name of Employer: Position Title or Role: Period of Employment: Total Months: Employer Representative: Employer Contact Information: The Offeror’s proposal must include a complete curriculum vitae (CV) for the proposed resources in support of the evidence detailed in the space provided.
M4	Salesforce Configuration Experience The Offeror’s proposed resources must have experience using the following aspects in an applied context (e.g., education, employment): OmniScript; and Customer Community Portal development The Offeror must describe each of the resources’ abilities in the space provided by detailing their practical experience with each aspect in reference to the tasks detailed in the Statement of Work using the following format: Aspect: Description of the Project: Business Use Case: Description of the configuration of the aspect against the business use case: Employer Representative: Employer Contact Information: The Offeror’s proposal must include a complete curriculum vitae (CV) for the proposed resources in support of the evidence detailed in the space provided.
M5	Certifications The Offeror’s proposed resources must each hold one (1) of the two (2) following certificates: Salesforce Certified Administrator Certificate; or Salesforce Platform Developer Certificate A copy of each of the proposed resources’ certifications must be included in the Offeror’s proposal.
