• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale MA programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide operational leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication across all levels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation and performance, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and external partners.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth transition of systems, processes, and teams during the MA lifecycle.
• Monitor program metrics, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with executives, business units, and external partners to resolve complex issues and ensure program success.
