Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to effectively use CORE tools to determine and implement a solution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience may also be considered.
  • Diploma or journey person red seal in a Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Engineering-related field is an asset.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership and supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence others, and lead through transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, ENOVIA, and related systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of personal development and professional achievement.
  • Recognized for reliability, initiative, and consistent performance.
  • Additional training in leadership and change management considered a strong asset.
