Production Manager – Critical Environments
Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Production Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring workplace safety, maintaining quality standards, driving production efficiency, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety audits and Gemba walks.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure completion of required training.
  • Manage incident reporting and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance with all quality standards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve product quality.
  • Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and manage production schedules.
  • Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Track KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in managing production teams and meeting operational targets.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Effective leadership and team‑building skills with exceptional communication abilities.
