Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a product owner or business analysis role.
• Agile methodology experience (CPO/PSPO or CSM/PSM certification is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner within an agile scrum team.
• Maximize team value by aligning backlog with stakeholder needs.
• Write, present, and groom user stories.
• Coordinate with the development team for story development.
• Support in requirements clarifications and business rules.
• Facilitate and coordinate UAT testing.
• Lead different SCRUM ceremonies.
• Perform business analysis activities to support the data team.
• Clarify new initiatives' scope and data requirements.
• Conduct data quality analysis and documentation.
• Train and communicate with business users.

• Knowledge of BI analytics/concepts and data warehouse platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as Product Owner within agile scrum team
• Responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring backlog is aligned with stakeholder needs and product manager vision
• Write, present and groom user stories
• Coordinate with the development team to get the stories developed
• Day to day support in requirements clarifications and business rules (SPOC for the dev team for requirements/priorities)
• Facilitate/Coordinate or execute UAT testing
• Take a lead role in different SCRUM ceremonies
• Perform various business analysis activities to support data product team
• Clarify scope and data requirements of new initiatives with sponsors/stakeholders
• Data quality analysis and documentation
• Communication and training of business users
