Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product planning and delivery across the Fill Pack & Ship and Data & Analytics domains. The Product Owner will define priorities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions that drive their fulfillment modernization strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are clear, actionable, and aligned with business value.
  • Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define features, integrations, and enhancements for end‑to‑end fulfillment workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, and Analysts to deliver features using Agile principles.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
  • Track progress against milestones and KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and process gaps driving mitigation and continuous improvement.
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making through analytics and reporting alignment across domains.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must‑Have Skills

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Proven track record managing software or automation products through the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog management, and sprint execution tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, QA, Operations).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience in Automated Fulfillment Logistics or Pharmacy Operations.
  • Exposure to Cloud‑based systems, APIs and data integration.
  • Familiarity with Data & Analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or large multi‑team delivery environments.
  • Technical understanding of workflow automation or robotics systems.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
