PRODUCT MANAGER

The Position

Reporting to the President, the Product Manager is responsible for the commercial success of the First Light Illuminated Traffic Paddle. This includes formulating and executing a product strategy across Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and various applications such as work zones and student crossing zones. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team aiming for nine-figure revenue. The ideal candidate can work independently, prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and thrive in a growth-oriented environment.

How You Will Be Making An Impact

  • Develop and implement a product strategy for the First Light Illuminated Traffic Paddle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap.
  • Manage a team of internal and external sales resources.
  • Participate actively in sales activities.
  • Plan and execute product launches for various applications and markets.
  • Provide market insights related to segments, differentiators, and messaging.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback and issues to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related activities as required.
