We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the FMS SaaS product line within our GovTech suite. This role will manage product backlogs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our solutions deliver measurable value to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for FMS SaaS.
• Partner with development teams in daily syncs to align on progress and priorities.
• Conduct client interviews to understand functionality needs and incorporate feedback into the roadmap.
• Collaborate with customer experience and professional services teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as a point of escalation (Tier 3) when customers encounter complex issues.
• Report on roadmap progress to leadership, providing visibility into milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of product development from concept through delivery and ongoing iteration.

Required Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience), with a solid understanding of web development concepts.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Miro, or Figma for backlog management and wireframing.
• Strong interest in technical products; able to communicate effectively with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
