We're looking for a creative Industrial Designer to join our high-energy Seasonal & Garden team, where your designs directly impact how people tackle their outdoor projects, from weekend warriors to professional landscapers.
You'll be the creative force behind an incredibly diverse product portfolio spanning our powerhouse brands - Mastercraft, Yardworks, Woods, PWR POD, and Golfgreen. One day you might 3D print models to refine the ergonomics of a 48V chainsaw, the next you could be reimagining condo gardening solutions by mapping user journeys and identifying pain points, or diving deep into Canadian Tire sales data to uncover opportunities for next-generation snow shovels that give us a competitive edge. This isn't your typical design role - you'll combine sales analytics with user testing to validate designs, learn from cross-functional departments, and collaborate with overseas manufacturing partners to bring your visions to life. You'll develop into a master of consumer product design and retail strategy.
