What You’ll Do:

• Receive, unload and distribute merchandise to allocated sections as orders arrive.

• Prepare merchandise for display by trimming and packaging produce as per Company standards.

• Fill, rotate and maintain displays, ensuring the quality of produce meets Company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.

• Assist the department manager with the day to day operations of the department by receiving, training and supervising part time employees.

• Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.

• To perform other duties, as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.

• Previous produce experience is an asset.

• Available to work overnights between 10 PM and 8 AM during the week and on weekends.

• Ability to be self‑motivated and work independently.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

• Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.

• Food Handlers certificate would be a plus.
