We are currently looking for a Procurement Coordinator who will support procurement sourcing and supplier performance management activities required under the procurement standard and related frameworks, thereby providing quality and excellence in project delivery.

The Procurement Coordinator is also responsible for providing white-glove support to business end users in navigating through various third party due diligence activities and their interactions with our e-procurement system Ariba. As a member of this team on the frontline with our key stakeholders, this role will identify gaps and improvement areas for existing procurement processes and methodologies.

What you'll do:
  • Provide elevated white-glove support for business stakeholders to use Ariba / Guided Buying effectively
  • Assist Procurement leads with day-to-day activities such as initiating new supplier requests, due diligence process, creation of contract workspace, and submitting contracts for e-signatures
  • Apply knowledge of end-to-end procurement activities in accordance to various policies and guidelines in place to ensure compliance.
  • Complete key procurement and contracting tasks in Ariba with good quality, and identify data/information quality gaps and issues to be escalated and addressed
  • Regular Communication: Updates, Status reports, presentation decks
  • Compliance issues tracking and data entry
  • Support management team as relates to the evidencing and attestation of compliance.
  • High quality, timely and effective compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Add value by recommending changes to the process in place to comply with relevant policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Contribute to increased stakeholder satisfaction, as measured through internal surveys
What you'll bring:
  • University degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • No prior working experience required
  • Under two years since graduating with a University degree
  • Strong organization skills including demonstrated tenacity for following up with team, stakeholders and governance SMEs on outstanding items
  • Experience with Microsoft suite such as MS Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Effective use of listening skills and displays openness to other people's ideas and thoughts
  • Use of common business courtesy, tact, discretion and some persuasion to maintain cooperative associations.
