You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Processing Representative
  • This is a contract role until December 31st, 2025.

  • Please note all roles require working rotating shifts - Monday through Friday between 8 am and8pm EST for our Processing team.

  • Position is available in Toronto.

How you’ll Make an Impact:

Processing Team

  • Account administration and trade execution of all financial and non-financial transactions on our client’s various mutual fund retail account types.

  • Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of not in good order transactions.

  • College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) is required

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
