Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
  • Administer general and preventative dental care to patients of all ages.
  • Execute restorative and cosmetic procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
  • Conduct oral surgeries and extractions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in the province of Alberta.
