The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize product performance and profitability across the Bank’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing methodologies, market analysis, and financial modeling, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver actionable insights and accurate pricing execution.

Position Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor pricing programs, including performing rate changes accurately and on schedule
  • Prepare pricing decks, performance summaries, and maintain standardized documentation and templates
  • Liaise with centralized data teams to obtain reporting and insights that support pricing decisions
  • Conduct ad hoc pricing and yield analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions
  • Support competitive landscape monitoring and assist in updating pricing models as needed
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or data and analytics
  • Strong business knowledge, including banking fundamentals, and product knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Self‑motivated teammate with strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial concepts, reporting, and analysis tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal ability to influence and negotiate
  • Highly organized, diligent, and adaptable to fast‑paced, changing environments; able to meet tight deadlines and manage several priorities
  • Proficiency in modelling and advanced analytics

Salary

Salary range is expected to be between $61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
