Position en magasin

Bonne disponibilité variante pendant la semaine entre 9h et 18h30. Et disponibilité fiable pour les Samedi / Dimanche entre 10h et 15h Requise. La période de formation commencera avec des quarts flexibles pendant la semaine, durant une période de 3 - 4 semaines.

TÂCHES, EXIGENCES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

• Conseiller les clients (par téléphone, email, et en personne) et savoir identifier leurs besoins. Aptitude pour la communication et la résolution de problèmes.
• Apprendre les processus d'expédition à l'international; Rechercher et fournir les différents tarifs et d'autres options des services à la satisfaction du client.
• Remplir les labels d'expéditions avec précision; gérer les pick-ups et réceptions de colis avec attention; emballage de colis, etc.
• Disponibilité pour travailler dans 2 succursales (boul Taschereau près du Mall Champlain et Dix Trente dans Walmart).

In store position

Good availability variant during the week between 9am and 6.30pm. Reliable availability for Saturday / Sunday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Required. The training period will begin with flexible shifts during the week, for a period of 3 - 4 weeks.

TASKS, REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise customers (by phone, email, and in person) and know how to identify their needs. Aptitude for communication and problem solving.
• Learn international shipping processes; Research and provide different rates and other service options to the customer's satisfaction.
• Complete shipping labels accurately; manage the pick-ups and receptions of parcels with care; package packing etc.
• Availability to be able to work in 2 branches (Blvd Taschereau near Champlain Mall and in Walmart at Dix Trente).
