The Role:

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of ingredients, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, ensuring that everything is prepped to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring that each dish is ready to be transformed into a visually appealing and gastronomically satisfying experience during service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare a diverse range of food items utilizing various cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and more.
  • Ensure all dishes adhere to our high-quality standards and proper portion sizes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation to facilitate smooth service operations.
  • Comply with food safety regulations and presentation guidelines, upholding the highest standards of quality and visual appeal for every dish.
  • Assist with food preparation during quieter periods and actively contribute to closing the kitchen at the end of each shift.
  • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.

Compensation: $$18-20/hour plus gratuities
