A leading provider of IT resources is seeking a Senior Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and cybersecurity. This role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring governance compliance, and strategic planning within a provincial government context. Ideal candidates will have valid PMP certification, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and must possess work authorization for Canada. Flexible start date in January 2026, with a contract lasting up to 24 months. Remote work option is available.

Our Winnipeg based client requires a senior Program Manager with a minimum 15 years experience in information technology, cyber security and its strategic application to business. MUST have experience in Provincial Government in strategic planning, leading and managing a project team, understanding of provincial government processes, policies and procedures.
Start Date: Flexible Jan 2026
End Date: Dec 31 2027
DURATION: The 24‑month term is anticipated to start with a 6‑month initial term followed by an 18‑month renewal, can be extended beyond 24 months.
Location: Remote/Winnipeg
Hours: 7.25/day 36.25/week
The Program Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance and direction with a coordinated approach to the management and performance of the program.
The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
