A strategic leader and motivator, the plant manager oversees production and teams to ensure performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise department managers and ensure production targets are met.
  • Supervise the plant and its 20+ machines, lead operational meetings, and resolve interdepartmental issues.
  • Manage staff (training, evaluation, discipline) and ensure health, safety, and quality.
  • Monitor KPIs, drive strategic action plans, and present results to management.
  • Be present on the ground to mobilize teams and promote a culture of excellence.
