We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Mill Maintenance Planner to join our team and play a key role in optimizing equipment reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing job plans, identifying required resources, and coordinating with operations, maintenance technicians, and schedulers to ensure all work is effectively planned and ready for execution. This role is critical to shifting our maintenance culture from reactive to planned, and ensuring high asset availability across the mill.
