This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Looking to cross train on pizza station (wood fired napoletana) and pasta station.

Duties

• Strong communication skills to coordinate orders between both lines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.

• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
