Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while prioritizing patient-centered care, customer service, workflow efficiency, and professional clinical services (disease state management, medication reviews and adherence, health risk assessments, injections/vaccines, etc.).
  • Provide patient counselling and education for new therapies to patients/caregivers, tailoring to literacy, hearing, privacy, and other needs.
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
  • Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to deliver health & wellness services to all patients.
  • Engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure a seamless pharmacy experience across locations.
  • Support prescription safety, prioritizing technical functions for Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
  • Understand relevant corporate pharmacy services/programs and provide customers/patients with appropriate options.
  • Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends; attend training as required.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention, CQI).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
  • Injection and First Aid Certification.
  • Kroll software experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $58.00 - $60.00. We consider factors such as location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
