Managing and servicing a personal lines book of business with care and attention.
Advising clients on coverage options, renewals, and policy changes.
Building strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
Collaborating with internal teammates and insurer partners to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Using company portals and systems to process transactions accurately.
Participating in ongoing training and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta).
Previous experience in a personal lines brokerage environment (range of experience levels considered).
Familiarity with multiple insurers and market options.
Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and comfort using brokerage systems.
