Candidates should possess a recognized qualification in Administration and relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to provide a professional and comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the General Manager, Clinical Service Manager, Clinical Director & Lead Nurse for Emergency & Acute Medicine. Duties will include preparing papers for monthly management meetings, taking minutes, email & diary management, SSTS Input, and any other duties as outlined in the job description.
Applicants should possess a recognised qualification in Administration equivalent to HNC in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration or SVQ in Administration at Level III and have significant relevant practical experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary, preferably in a health care environment. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and possess advanced typing skills.
