The Performance Media Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end paid media campaigns for clients, including planning, implementing, and reporting on campaigns. They work across various platforms and collaborate with VERB’s internal teams to ensure the best ROI for their clients.
What You Will Do
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns regularly
- Adjust campaigns based on goals and analytics review
- Collaborate with analytics teams to report insights
- Develop channel and tactical strategies along the customer journey
- Set benchmarks and projections for tactics
- Present findings and strategies to clients
- Work with creative teams to develop innovative concepts that drive results
- Coordinate with development teams on tracking plans and issue resolution
- Manage campaign budgets and make allocation recommendations
- Set up and manage campaigns across digital platforms
- Establish new accounts and implement strategies
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients
- Review dashboards prior to status meetings
- Enhance expertise across paid media channels through collaboration with strategists and team leads
- Stay informed on industry best practices and technological developments
- Draft POVs on new tools and tactics as needed
- Write search and social media copy as required
- Require 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience
- Proficient with paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends and apply educated recommendations
- Research new channels and methods of paid amplification
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and budget management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
