We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team; someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing programs while also contributing strategically and working directly with clients.
What You'll Do:
Account Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate on client strategy across the full marketing funnel
- Build and manage marketing calendars aligned to campaigns, promotions, and business goals
- Participate in client-facing meetings and serve as a trusted expert
- Help elevate strategic thinking across accounts and the agency
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage paid media programs (Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads)
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance
- Manage multiple client budgets with a balance of efficiency and growth
SEO & AEO Program Support
- Collaborate with SEO and AEO specialists
- Use paid performance insights to inform organic strategy
Reporting, Analytics & Attribution
- Own performance reporting across all channels
- Build dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio
- Analyze and present insights clearly to clients

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or client-service preferred)
- Strong understanding of paid, SEO, and email marketing
- Experience building and managing integrated marketing strategies
- Comfortable presenting performance results to clients
- Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and timelines
- Strategic, hands‑on, and adaptable in a growing environment
