Your Role

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented people professional with a knack for data, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting a thriving workforce? We’re looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team on a temp-to-permanent basis.

Things You Get To Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in various People functions, including:

  • Offer Letter Preparation & Administration: Prepare and file offer letters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires. Support clean approvals for hires.
  • Employee File Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee files, ensuring compliance and easy access to essential information.
  • Managing Employee Changes: Process and communicate various employee changes with accuracy and clear dissemination of information.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Run and prepare comprehensive people reports; provide valuable insights to the team.
  • New Hire Administration: Manage administrative tasks for new hires, including onboarding tasks and orientations.
  • Recruiting Support: Post jobs and provide recruiting reporting updates to help attract top talent.
