The People & Culture Coordinator role is a dynamic, hands‑on position which requires a keen insight for the bigger picture. The primary focus of this role is to work with stakeholders throughout our organization and to plan, direct, implement, and continuously review a variety of HR programs which enhance our employment experience, while keeping our organization compliant with legislation and on the forefront of trends.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Full‑cycle recruitment
  • Gather and analyze data and provide reports
  • Liaise with various departments for projects and build collaborative relationships

  • Assist with ensuring consistency in HR practices across branches
  • Participate in and help facilitate company‑wide community involvement.
  • Provide support in various HR‑related topics, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, development, employee relations, leaves, separations, compensation, benefits, engagement, rewards, and recognition.
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or education relative to job description
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office suite of products and database maintenance
  • Ongoing interest in training and personal development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
  • Proven ability to embrace change and adversity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
