About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and upbeat Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Payroll solution with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience with payroll, time and absence software products, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!
Key Responsibilities
- Become a Workday expert in the area of Payroll
- Understand and use Workday’s Implementation Methodology.
- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype configuration, convert data, assist the client in testing.
- Make certain that clients understand and correctly use the Workday product and delivered configuration.
- Deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
- Work with the client to convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party / custom solutions.
- Help support and mentor new consultants by sharing your knowledge.
- Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release.

Responsabilités clés
- Devenir un expert Workday dans le domaine de la paie
- Comprendre et utiliser la méthodologie de mise en œuvre de Workday.
- Effectuer les tâches suivantes dans le cadre de l’engagement envers le client : comprendre les exigences commerciales du client, configurer la solution Workday, démontrer les configurations en élaborant des prototypes de configuration, convertir des données, aider le client à effectuer des tests.
- S’assurer que les clients comprennent et utilisent correctement le produit Workday et la configuration fournie.
- Obtenir des résultats de projet concluants et établir des relations durables avec les clients.
- Offrir une assistance au client pour convertir les données des anciens systèmes dans Workday.
- Fournir une assistance à l’équipe de conseil en intégration quant à la configuration et aux tests des intégrations entre Workday et les solutions personnalisées ou de tierce partie.
- Soutenir et encadrer les nouveaux consultants en partageant vos connaissances.
- Participer à des formations régulières afin d’approfondir la connaissance des produits à chaque nouvelle version de Workday.

Basic Qualifications(P4)
- 7+ years of functional experience with Payroll software solutions or systems.
- 3+ years experience using French and English in a professional setting is required
- 3+ years consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or an internal consultant.
- 3+ years implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.

- Strong solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize resources, are highly desired.
- Expertise in strategic business consulting, including market analysis, financial acumen, and strategic planning, to drive organizational growth and performance, is strongly desired.
- Excellent task management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks effectively to enhance workflow and productivity, are essential.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
