Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year work experience in a medical office setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Must have computer and phone experience.
• Previous office or call center experience preferred.
• Previous working experience in customer service, preferably in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and register patients at the imaging facility.
• Perform deposit reconciliation.
• Assist with guiding and training of new team members.
• Collect time of service money and record in the system.
• Answer phone and escort patients to exam rooms.
