A regional education board is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage procurement functions for the organization. The role includes supporting supply projects, streamlining processes, and requires strong organizational and analytical skills. The Waterloo Catholic District School Board serves over 38,000 learners and provides services to students in 50 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12 and adult learners) across the Waterloo Region.

Reporting to the Manager of Procurement, the Purchasing Analyst is responsible for all supply functions in assigned commodity areas using the most efficient, effective, and appropriate procurement methods. The Purchasing Analyst multi‑tasks while assisting with several client‑driven supply projects, whilst maintaining and managing internal WCDSB purchasing functions – Purchase Orders, Pcard program, and government curated contracts.
PASS Level 3: $69,591.53 – $81,870.19 per year in accordance with the PASS Terms of Employment.
Permanent full‑time; 35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year.
