In the role of Parts Technical Specialist, the primary responsibility is maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, service team and manufacturers for parts identification, creating estimates, and problem solving. The parts technical specialist must thrive in an extremely fast‑paced work environment with high deliverables. In‑person customer service for parts counter sales may also be involved.
