The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the timely procurement, control, and distribution of parts and inventory to maintenance facilities across Central Canada. This position is responsible for purchasing inventory from preferred suppliers, processing warranty claims, issuing purchase orders, receiving and storing parts, and maintaining accurate records in the TMT software system.
The successful candidate will ensure all inventory movements are properly tracked and accounted for, support internal teams by providing timely updates on part availability, and research and source non-contracted parts as needed. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to company safety standards and procedures.
