Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success. Educators are experts in delivering world‑class guest experience, providing technical product education, and authentically communicating our community and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and respect their time.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
  • Product Education: Communicate the value and benefits of products.
  • Operations & Omnichannel: Conduct accurate transactions and support market‑relevant programs (e.g., buy online, pickup in store; ship from store).
  • Floor Presence: Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect guest feedback and work with leadership to take appropriate action.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to an inclusive team environment and support store operations.
  • Product Presentation: Restock and present products according to company standards; use in‑store technology to support operations.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of Right to Work and applicable local requirements (EMEA only)
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation
Availability
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Other Requirements
  • Willing to work in a bright‑loaded, loud music environment
  • Ability to move through a store for most of a shift
  • Ability to move boxes up to 30 lb (13.6 kg)
  • Team player with ability to work independently
Nice to Have
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $20.25 - $23.30/hour (subject to location minimum wage).

Target Bonus: $2.00/hour

Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.25 - $25.30/hour

Lululemon offers a pay‑for‑performance philosophy with eligibility for a competitive bonus program. Compensation varies by market location and individual/organizational performance.
