A Canadian property management company in Ottawa is seeking an Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks and support tenant interactions. The successful candidate will handle rental inquiries, document procedures, and maintain records. The Office Administrator will interface with tenants, both existing and prospective. The main role is to rent apartments to prospective tenants and maintain administrative procedures and protocols related to the position, while supporting the other office staff as required.
