A community support organization in Hamilton seeks Direct Support Facilitators to assist clients in group living environments. Your role entails providing meaningful social and recreational activities while ensuring their safety and wellness. Candidates should have relevant educational backgrounds, experience with developmental disabilities, and hold certifications in First Aid and NVCI. Commitment to an inclusive and respectful environment is essential for helping clients thrive.
Direct Support Facilitators - Group Living provide support and assistance to clients within our group living settings, delivering social, recreational and learning based activities within the community.
Week 1: Sunday (7am – 3pm) and Thursday (10:00pm – 9:00am). Week 2: Thursday (10:00pm – 9:00am) and Saturday (7am – 3pm).
