• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
• May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Contract runs from December to March.
• Comfortable working on ladders – A MUST!
• Familiarity with fall arrest systems and PPE usage
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset
• Are self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable and have a great attitude and work ethic, and take pride in doing high quality work.
